Yellow - light
White - highlights
Blue - shadows
Red - what we see (w/ sharp form with kind of blurry edges if zoomed in)
Green - what we can't see but exists of course


The egg/ball - the shadows are quite blurry and the lighter - edgy (on painty stuff if you want 'classic' (like baroque) effect or something more painty).


Tip numero uno- never use 100%pure white or 100% pure black - never. Tho if you're painting for example gems then sure go ahead and use white for that shining effect.

Tip numero dos- imagine nose, lips and eye ball as simple ball for painting reflective lightning.

Tip numero tres - don't be afraid of making mistakes. We learn making them (or from others who are making them eueb )

Tip numero cuatro - there's few styles how to learn to paint, but one of the best is to BUILD IT

Tip numero cinco - for the background the best is to use light gray or darkish gray, of course you can use white as background but then you won't be able to see the contrast of objects in your drawing. Tho you can always break these rules/tips.

Tip numero seis - It's better to use one layer, you'll learn how to paint much faster or well not faster but the quality will be higher(like on paper you don't have layers). However, this is only for beginner/sketching phase when you're using only grayscale, to colour that you need layers, don't you? I think, you can just ignore this last tip.

Tip numero siete Use second light source. this will help your drawing to pop out.

If I'll get requested for more tips of mine (for example: how I draw hair) then eventually I'll do those too
